Trauma Survivors' Day - May 20 2015

The day is an important opportunity to acknowledge the experiences and courage of trauma survivors and their families. Trauma survivors in the news
The London Evening Standard recently ran a story about AfterTrauma, featuring two survivor stories from this site - Lucy and Campbell, and Alison. The story got a lot of shares and positive responses - thanks so much to these inspirational survivors for having the courage to speak so candidly to the media about their experiences. Media like this all helps to raise awareness about traumatic injury and its impact.
